How do I book a hire car online with Kavram Rent A Car?

You can book in a few steps: choose your pick-up and drop-off locations, dates and times in the search box on the home page, then browse the cars available. Pick a car class, add any extras you need and enter the driver's details. Once you've paid online in the final step, your booking is made. When you collect the car, all you need are your documents and a credit card in the main driver's name.

How old do you have to be to hire a car?

You need to be at least 21 to hire an Economy car, at least 23 for the Mid-size, SUV and Family classes, and at least 25 for the Luxury & Premium class. The same age requirement applies to any additional drivers. Each car's requirements are also listed on its own page.

Where can I pick up a car from Kavram Rent A Car?

In Antalya we hand over cars at Antalya Airport and in Antalya City Centre; in Izmir at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and in the city centre at Alsancak; in Mugla at Dalaman Airport and in Bodrum Town Centre. You choose the pick-up and return points separately when booking, so you can collect the car as soon as you land or close to where you are staying.

Do you take a deposit, and how much is it?

Yes, a deposit hold is placed on the main driver's credit card at the start of the hire. The amount depends on the car class and is shown on each car's page. Before booking, it's a good idea to check that your available credit limit will cover it.

What is the fuel policy for hire cars?

You should return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you collected it. The fuel level is recorded at pick-up and checked again on return. Checking the fuel gauge together with our staff at pick-up helps avoid any disagreement later.

Hire cars for holidays, business and longer stays

Kavram Rent A Car provides hire cars for holidaymakers arriving in Antalya, Izmir and Mugla, for people in town on business and for anyone staying in the region for longer. Whether you collect at the airport or in town, you see the daily rate, any extras and the estimated total on screen before you send your request.

In the booking form you can choose separate pick-up and return points, so you can collect in one city and drop off somewhere else. Insurance cover, deposit and mileage terms are written out in the rental agreement, and our team will answer any questions before handover.

A weekend or a whole season

Choose a few days for a short city visit, a week for a summer holiday or a month if you are staying in the region for longer. Rentals of 30 days or more can move onto the monthly tariff; maintenance and insurance cover are set out in the agreement.

Cars for companies
